Q: Where are you located?
A: Golf Gear Box is based in the beautiful Lake Country area of middle Georgia directly between Atlanta & Augusta.
Q: Do you have an actual store front?
A: No we are primarily an online business. For Lake Oconee customers we offer pick-up and delivery of golf clubs for repair & regripping.
Q: Is Golf Gear Box affiliated with any manufacturers or other retail golf stores?
A: No, we are a family run small business who strives to bring you the best products and customer service available on the market
Q: Are you an Amazon affiliate?
A: No. We find most Amazon affiliates to be less than credible when recommending golf products, as they most likely have never even physically seen the products, let alone tested them.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: As a Georgia based business we are required to collect sales tax when selling to Georgia residents. Sales tax reporting is the responsibility of the buyers from other states/countries.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: It depends. If a manufacturer offers us free shipping we pass that savings on to you. However, there are vendors that charge us for shipping and as such we must pass those costs on in order to stay solvent. Look for the “This product available for Free Shipping” badge. Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: We currently ship throughout the U.S & Canada. Canadian residents please note that additional shipping charges and/or tariffs may apply to certain products and are the responsibility of the buyer. Some of our manufacturing partners (Big Moss, Tour Links, Forward Golf & MLA Putters) do ship outside the US and we are happy to explore the costs for you. Please note that shipping putting greens & putting green turf outside the CONUS is extremely expensive due to product size & weight.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We process all orders in 24-48 hours on business days. As a small business we are dependent upon our manufacturer partners for stock and therefor shipping times may vary. We will make you aware of shipping dates and provide you with a tracking number as soon as we can. International orders can take significantly longer to arrive please see above.
Q: Do you accept Venmo, Zelle, BitCoin, Apple Pay, etc.?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers for online transactions and cash, checks and PayPal from local customers.
